CPI was one of a number of companies who responded to the tender posted on Sefton Councils chest and secured the contract to complete an independent review of the drugs and alcohol service in Sefton. CPI proved to be thorough, efficient and completed the report within the allocated time scale. The report was well written and provided the information needed to move forward to assist with the re-shaping of the drug and alcohol service. I would certainly recommend them to other colleagues and would be more than confident in using their services for any future reviews that may need to be completed.

Halton Borough Council and its partners were delighted with the work of The Centre for Public Innovation in the development of a health needs assessment for the young people engaged with the joint Youth Offending Service for Warrington, Cheshire West and Chester and Halton. The Service covers a large geographic area with a number of different stakeholders involved in supporting this vulnerable cohort of young people and we were very pleased with CPI’s professional and efficient approach to providing us with great insight into how we can better meet the needs of young people.

During my time at Sutton Council we worked with the CPI over a period of years to help the organisation transition into a commissioning council. This included training and support for Members, officers and partners and the input from CPI colleagues was always exceptional and received consistently high scores when evaluated. Their approach was innovative and high quality and I greatly appreciated their help and flexibility.
— Tom Alexander, ex Sutton Council

The Centre for Public Innovation have supported the Staffordshire Commissioner for Police, Fire & Rescue and Crime in the aim to recommission Domestic Abuse services across the geographies of Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. A key priority for the Commissioner, partners and all those affected by Domestic Abuse, it was critical that consultation and engagement with all stakeholders was undertaken in a professional and consistent manner. CPI demonstrated detailed understanding of the complex subject area, providing invaluable support to this intensive commissioning work which extended over many months and resulted in successful contract award.
